Wakzone Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Wakzone Ltd, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy and transparent return and refund process within 15 days of product delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and labels must be intact.
  • The item must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Note: Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale promotions.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7โ€“14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made through bank transfer or store credit.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our team within the 15-day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. International Orders

For international customers (outside Pakistan), return and refund timelines may vary due to shipping and customs procedures. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and shipped with a trackable courier service.
